This panel has a switchboard type DSE334 that detects when a mains failure occurs and sends a start-up signal to the switchboard type DSE3110, DSE6110 MKIII, DSE7320 MKII or similar on the genset. Once turned on and ready, the DSE334 panel switchboard operates to enable the change of power supply (supplying the load of a facility) between the mains and the generator set and vice versa when the mains are restored. The transfer switch is formed by two contactors or motor[1]driven selectors equipped with MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL INTER-LOCK. This panel applies to any generator set featuring any switchboard with remote control / start-up by signal feature.
FEATURES:
Control panel offered in a metal cabinet with an IP-67 protection grade with the following elements:
- Two contactors or a motor-driven selector, equipped with mechanical and electrical interlock, preventing them from being closed simultaneously, thus avoiding potential short circuits.
- Protection fuses.
- Terminal block for control and operation of the generator set.
- Terminal block for connection of the generator set input power cables, network input, and load output.
- Connection wiring of all the panel’s electrical items. Each wire is identified with its reference number in each end.
